We strongly believe in using local independent farms, knowing they can provide us with high quality free range pork, grass fed beef and lamb. All our wild venison is ethically sourced from local registered gamekeepers.
We know that that the UK has the highest welfare standards in Europe and want to put UK Charcuterie truly at the forefront of European cured meats.
We think that Britain is one of the most creative and innovative places for food, and we love to showcase our products at Food festivals & Farmer’s markets. We love to experiment with new recipes and develop our ideas to bring a special quality & flavour to our Charcuterie. We believe we have the right mix of the traditional and the new in creating an exciting range full of Continental and British flavour.
We now supply a number of diverse customers, including local farm shops, pubs, restaurants, wine bars & butchers. Our customers now encompass much of the home counties and London. We welcome new ideas and feedback.
